This Cancellation Policy applies to the use of the Pryda platform ("Pryda", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by OttoLab Media Ltda., a company registered in Brazil.
This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellation and refunds for:
Users are entitled to cancel their subscription and request a full refund within 24 hours of the original payment, provided that:
No more than 20 Heartokens (or equivalent usage credit) from the subscription have been spent.
Requests that meet this criterion will be processed as full refunds using the original payment method.
If a cancellation request is submitted after the 24-hour window, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued, but users may continue to access premium features during the remaining period.
For subscriptions that renew automatically (e.g., monthly or yearly plans), the following applies:
Refunds are available within 24 hours of renewal, provided that less than 20 Heartokens (or equivalent) from the new period have been consumed.
Users may cancel auto-renewal at any time via the account settings. Future payments will be halted, and access to premium features will cease at the end of the current paid period.
All purchases of Heartoken packages are final and non-refundable. We encourage users to review their purchase before confirming payment.
