Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs subscription cancellation and refund practices for Pryda, operated by Otto Pryda LLC.

1. Covered Services

This policy applies to:

  • subscription plans (Entry Plan, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual)
  • recurring billing and automatic renewals
  • digital purchases and usage-based credits (including Heartokens)

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel subscription auto-renewal at any time through account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund payments already processed.

Access to subscription features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Digital Services and Immediate Access

Subscriptions and digital purchases grant immediate access to premium digital content and platform functionality upon payment. By completing a purchase, users acknowledge and agree that access to digital services begins immediately.

Except where required by applicable law, payments for digital services are non-refundable.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered at Pryda's discretion or where legally required, including:

  • duplicate or erroneous billing
  • verified technical platform outage exceeding a reasonable duration
  • billing errors confirmed by support

Refund eligibility does not apply to:

  • change of mind
  • partial subscription usage
  • dissatisfaction with AI-generated content
  • blocked or moderated prompts
  • usage-based credits (including Heartokens) once consumed
  • account suspension due to policy violations

5. Entry Plan

Entry Plans are short-duration introductory subscriptions designed to provide limited-time access. Entry Plans automatically expire at the end of their term and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Recurring Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. Users are responsible for managing subscription status through account settings.

Refunds for renewal charges may be considered only where legally required or in cases of verified billing error.

7. Chargeback and Payment Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact support before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

Where permitted by law, abusive or fraudulent chargeback activity may result in:

  • suspension or termination of account access
  • restriction of future purchases
  • recovery actions permitted under applicable law

8. Requesting Cancellation or Billing Support

  • account email or username
  • transaction reference or receipt (if available)
  • description of the billing issue

Pryda will review requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Legal Compliance

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights under applicable United States law.
